Our Mission

To educate and promote automotive safety with the preservation of Ford vehicles past and present, while supporting our local community and charities as well as the betterment of our members

About Us

Mt. Hood Mustangs and Fords were established in 1997 and now has 50 families in membership. We have a wide variety of vehicles in the club, ranging from old to new Mustangs, Rancheros, Thunderbirds, Falcons, Cougars, Fairlanes and F-100, and newer trucks.

Our club is welcoming of everyone, if you would like to come along on a club drive or attend a meeting please know you are welcomed.

We support local nonprofits in our community through car show events and with hands-on support. We are an active club and we enjoy getting together for car cruises to a destination spot, social dinners, special events, bowling, range shooting, and helping work on one another’s cars.

For more information, please join us at one of our meetings which are held on the first Thursday of every month @ 6:30 pm at Gresham Ford in Gresham Oregon.

  1. I have been to several of your shows and got a Few trophies..anyway I have noticed. At 4 or 5 shows at least 5 of the same people get trophies..is that just the way the voting happens ? Or is there something else I’m missing

  2. It just the way it happens. People receive a random ballot so they can vote on five to seven different classes out of the possible 28 different classes. The ballots come in 5 different colors and are handed out in a random fashion. You do not necessarily get a ballot that is the same as your dash card color. The people attending the cruise-in are voting on their favorites. With the random ballot way of doing things, it is almost impossible for you to grab all your friends to vote for you as they most likely will not have the same ballot that contains your car. This eliminates club members getting together and all voting for their friend’s car. The people who get the trophies are people who have nice cars.
